At time of writing we're going through a heatwave - so seems time for another summer menu,
which I'm sure will outlast the good weather, but never mind!
We're spoiled for choice this time of year with fresh, ripe fruits & vegetables to work with & a lot of fun has been had crafting a menu with a broad variety of influences. There's one central tenet - keep it sunny.
Hopefully that's led to something fun & a bit different but still representative of this season of abundance.
