Autumn 2025
I wrote ahead of our Summer menu that it would likely outlast the good weather we were having at the time, but a mild drifting towards Autumnal weather has proven me wrong and Autumn feels a bit like it's snuck up on us -
but here it is!
This is a time of year where we generally drift towards some warmer, more traditionally european flavours. The sort of things that we find comforting as the nights draw in a bit. But as ever we like to paint from a broader palate of flavours and like to think that that warmth and comfort can be found in different ways, be they hints of spice or a splash of the tropical.
As always we hope there's a little bit of something for everyone!
Much Love,
Patrick Roberts, Head Chef
